Activities: 

• Organise project meetings and coordination activities
• Monitor project progress and evaluate outcomes
• Manage financial aspects and reporting
• Prepare progress reports and documentation 

 

WP2: Needs analysis and Commercial Drivers

Objective: Conduct an industry-wide needs analysis to gather data and information for curriculum development

Activities: 

• Collect data on sustainability in port services
• Analyse existing conditions in industry and academia 
• Identify gaps in current education/training offerings
• Compile a Needs Analysis Report 

 

WP3: Analysis of raw data for curriculum Development

Objective: Develop Innovative curricula for higher education and vocational training

Activities: 

• Define learning objectives and outcomes for each curriculum module 
• Design curriculum structure and content based on needs analysis findings 
• Incorporate green skills and sustainability principles into the curriculum
• Review and finalise the curriculum in consultation with industry experts

 

WP4: Development of educational material 

Objective: Create engaging and interactive learning materials for the developed curricula 

Activities: 

• Develop multimedia content, presentations, and case studies 
• Design interactive e-learning modules and simulations 
• Create assessment tools and exercises for knowledge assessment
• Ensure alignment of learning materials with curriculum objectives 

 

WP5: Piloting, Evaluation, and Curriculum Impact Analysis

Objective: Implement training programmes and assess their effectiveness

Activities: 

• Organise training sessions for educators, trainers, and learners
• Monitor training outcomes and gather feedback from participants 
• Identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments

 

WP6: Dissemination and Impact 

Objective: Promote project results, ensure sustainability, and foster knowledge exchange 

Activities: 

• Develop a dissemination strategy and communication plan 
• Organise workshops, webinars, and conferences to share project outcomes
• Establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders for long-term impact 
• Monitor the sustainability of project results beyond the funding period.
