In Port of Aveiro, Portugal, the pilot programme focused on trialling the new GREENPORT training content, allowing the team to evaluate how the methodology performs in practice across different port roles. The Training programme combined classroom learning with simulator-based exercises, along with a live operational exercise, giving participants the opportunity to put theory into practice and reinforce the link between sustainability and operational behaviour.
